1. Remove Stile from Cabinet
2. Remove the old Mersey Lock
3. Secure jig 12325.00.110 to Stile using 2 off M5 nuts and drill 3 off 5.5mm dia and 1 off 10.0mm dia hole
4. Add 19mm hole using Circular Hole Punch
and 2 off spanners.

5. Remove Jig and join 19mm hole to 10mm hole to produce euro-profile hole.
6. Countersink 3 off 5.5mm dia. hole to suit M5 Csk head screw
7. Secure Cylinder Guard to Stile with screws supplied, using spacers, as required, ensure anti-drill disc is free to rotate
8. Assemble the new Ribble Lock to Stile as per supplied instructions (M5 and 2BA fixing nuts are included to cater for new and old pattern cabinets)
9. Open up slot in box-cover to suit the new Ribble lock.
10. Re-fit modified box-cover to Stile and secure Stile to Cabinet.
