BT approved, high security motor driven lock for disabled access, Emergency exit to BSEN 179:1998

Motor driven multi-point emergency exit device, with a 24V motor powering the bolts into their retracted position and automatically re-securing upon door closure.

An internal green lever handle provides emergency exit at all times and is fitted with a microswitch to monitor the bolt status.

Retro-fittable to most doors

Specification:

• 15 mm diameter hardened steel bolts with a 25 mm throw
• 24V motor driven bolt withdrawal
• Inside green lever handle providing a 'one handed means of emergency exit at all times', independently type tested to BS EN 179:1998
• Electric monitoring of bolt status
• Suitable for door heights up to 2,500mm, over height extensions available
• Steel core fixing and keeps (as standard) to suit an outward opening door hung in a timber frame
